Larry’s family originated in Young Harris, Georgia, humble mountain natives. His formal training began at North Georgia Technical College in Clarksville, Georgia, graduating in 1989 with a focus on small and marine engines. Moore’s Marine Service opened in May of 1990, serving the tri-state region, mountain rivers, and regional lakes.
