WARRANTY POLICY

Return Notification Requirement

Customers must notify Motors ToGo of any return request within twenty-one (21) days of the original purchase date, regardless of warranty period. Failure to notify Motors ToGo within this 21-day window may result in the return or warranty claim being denied.

New & Remanufactured Parts

Warranty Period: One (1) year from the date of purchase, conditions apply; more information provided at checkout
Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
Customer must notify Motors ToGo of any warranty or return issue within 21 days of purchase
Warranty applies to the part only and does not cover labor, installation, removal, towing, storage, or related expenses

Used Parts

Warranty Claims

Motors ToGo reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the part at its discretion. Warranty coverage does not extend or restart based on the date a return is initiated or authorized.
